Xiaohemiao reading rooms
China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) built 510 reading rooms in 69 schools in Shizhu and Baihe counties in Chongqing and Shaanxi in 2020, intending to provide sustainable reading platforms for children in mountainous areas.
So far, CNNC has invested more than 1.8 million yuan in construction of the reading rooms and in addition to Shizhu and Baihe it plans to build another 322 such reading rooms in Xunyang and Tongxin in Shaanxi and Ningxia.
