Lao Airlines inaugurated the maiden commercial flight of China’s domestically produced C909 aircraft on April 12.
Flight QV331, operated by the C909, took off from Wattay International Airport in Vientiane and landed at Pakse International Airport.

The aircraft was delivered to Lao Airlines by the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. on March 30. Lao Airlines plans to deploy the C909 on domestic routes in Laos and gradually expand its use to international routes.
