Editor’s note: For years, the central State-owned enterprises (SOEs) and their dedicated personnel have staged scenes of cooperation stories in participating in the Belt and Road Initiative. As the main force in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative-related projects, those dedicated SOE personnel uphold the concept of sharing and win-win cooperation, writing together one after another moving stories.

On February 8, 2018, a special column was opened on the website of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and its official Weibo account, telling the stories of those personnel.
